By accessing or using DoziAi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

DoziAi provides an AI-powered scheduling and booking platform that allows users to: • Create and manage booking pages and event types. • Train AI assistants on custom content to answer visitor questions. • Automate scheduling, reminders, and follow-up communications. • Access analytics and reporting on booking activity. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use DoziAi, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. • Maintain the security of your account credentials. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

You agree not to use DoziAi to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation. • Upload or distribute malicious software, spam, or harmful content. • Impersonate any person or entity. • Collect user data without proper consent. • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service. • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code. • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When you upload content to train your AI assistant, you grant DoziAi a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the AI features of the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and use all content you provide, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. DoziAi does not use your AI training content to train shared or public models.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. • All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy. • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. • Free trials automatically convert to paid plans at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.

DoziAi and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DoziAi Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform. By using the Service, you grant DoziAi a limited licence to display and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoziAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to DoziAi in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion occurs in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
